Mama Sings, Mama Vibes - Northern Beaches Sydney

A singing mamas group focused on enhancing mums' health and well-being. All mums are welcome, new mums, mums-2-be, mums with kids at home, mums whose child has a disability, basically, mums who want to meet other mums and find mum support. We're mum-focused using singing to support perinatal mental health and matrescence (essentially, supporting the emotional and social wellbeing needs associated with being a mum).
Sessions are $20 per week. Morning tea is provided. We sing easy-to-learn songs... pop, folk, cultural and more. All singing abilities are very welcome. Come, with or without your child, ready to focus on you and your wellbeing with other mamas.
