Inclusee Virtual Community Centre
About Us
Inclusee is a government-funded social prescribing service that uses digital tools to connect older Australians and unpaid carers with meaningful social and learning experiences. Designed to reduce loneliness and improve wellbeing, Inclusee offers a virtual community centre where participants can engage in structured programs that support mental, emotional and social health. With over 200 virtual events per monht, all programs are co-designed with participants and tailored to diverse needs including low digital literacy and cultural backgrounds.
Referrals accepted from GPs, Nurse Navigators, Link Workers, aged care providers, community organisations, and self-referral.
