Community Connections
About Us
The Community Connections program supports people aged 18 to 64 who experience or are at risk of social isolation or loneliness. The program aims to increase people�s confidence and capacity to connect with local activities and others in their community.
Community Connections also run a small number of social groups and deliver Health and Wellbeing talks in, primarily, Merri-bek and Hume LGA.
