About Us
The Belong Club is a community-based initiative designed to foster social inclusion, wellbeing, and connection among older adults and those at risk of social isolation on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Through a social prescribing model, it enables health professionals to refer individuals to enriching community activities that support physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Central to the referral pathway, our program coordinator takes on the role of Link Worker to provide personalised support to individuals referred by GPs and other health professionals.

All venues used by The Belong Club are wheelchair accessible, ensuring ease of entry and movement for all participants. In addition, we offer a dedicated All Abilities Dance Class in Collaroy and Seaforth, specifically designed to include and celebrate people of all abilities. This class provides a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities to enjoy movement, music, and connection.
