Volunteer Community Connectors support people to find suitable activities in the community. They work with people for 3-6 months to explore community together including addressing barriers to access.

People who need support to connect socially.
Eligibility Criteria:
People aged under 65 who experience barriers to social participation. For people over 65 they will need to be MAC registered and to be eligible for CHSP SSI. Live work and play in LGAs of Boroondara, Manningham, and Yarra city, in eastern Melbourne
