Dr Judith Beck followed in the footsteps of her father, Dr Aaron T. Beck, the founder of Cognitive Therapy. Dr. Beck has played a pivotal role in shaping modern CBT, building on the legacy of her father, Dr. Aaron Beck, and has authored numerous influential books on the subject, including the widely acclaimed Cognitive Therapy: Basics and Beyond.
