Brief Overview
Rajna’s expertise includes interprofessional person-centred collaborative care for chronic disease assessment, diagnosis and management, implementation of evidence-based practice, loneliness and social isolation. She has expertise in managing clinical trials, implementation science, incorporating codesign with multiple stakeholders, and program evaluation, using quantitative and qualitative research methods and involving structurally disadvantaged populations.
