About Us
Connect Local is a free program run that promotes wellbeing through social connection. Social connection helps us to live life in the way that we want to, with meaning, purpose and connection, whatever our age or stage of life.
Connect Local participants are assigned a trained professional with local knowledge (known as a "Community Connector") who takes the time to discuss what's important to them and connects them to services and activities in their area. Connect Local current services the Glen Eira LGA; anyone who is aged 65+ and lives in Glen Eira is able to take part.
