Our social prescribing framework connects young people with structured boxing programs, mentoring, and wider community resources. By addressing social, emotional, and physical needs together, we strengthen resilience, wellbeing, and long term community engagement.

Key Roles

Community Connector
Facilitates referrals and reduces access barriers, ensuring young people and families are linked with appropriate local supports.

Link Worker
Provides one to one guidance, helping participants identify goals, build confidence, and engage with activities that foster sustainable change.

Wellbeing Coordinator
Oversees program delivery, ensuring a safe, trauma informed approach and alignment with health and education outcomes.
